CO39: Identify and describe different laboratory specimens based on their external features and appearance and their categorical relation with various phyla. CO40: Students will get hands-on experience of various molecular biology techniques including gel electrophoresis and chromatography and would learn about their applications in the research field. CO41: Students will get hands-on practice of various microscopic techniques, occulometery, centrifugation and UV - visible spectroscopy. CO42: Learn various qualitative and quantitative biochemical techniques to differentiate between different biomolecules based on their physical and chemical properties. |
