CO:129 Analyze the importance of agglutination reaction in blood groups determination and demonstrate different blood cells by preparing blood smear.

1. Demonstration of lymphoid organs.
2. Histological study of spleen, thymus and lymph nodes through slides/ photographs
3. Preparation of stained blood film to study various types of blood cells.
4. Ouchterlony‘s double immuno-diffusion method.
5. ABO blood group determination.
6. Demonstration of Dot ELISA
* The experiments can be performed depending upon usage of animals in UG Courses.
