The students will – CO17: Analyse the concepts of biocatalysts, enzyme activity and its kinetics. CO18: Acquire detailed knowledge about the structure, classification, physico-chemical properties and biological significance of carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins and lipids. CO19: Illustrate the anabolic and catabolic pathways of different cellular biomolecules, rate-limiting steps and energetic pathways. CO20: Correlate the defective enzymes and inborn errors of metabolism. CO21: Assess the role of biomolecules in the metabolic processes. |
