CO:200 Acquire detailed knowledge about the structure, classification, physico-chemical properties and biological significance, metabolism and metabolic disorders of carbohydrates. CO:201 Illustrate the lipid classification, structure, properties, anabolic and catabolic pathways of lipid metabolism with rate-limiting steps and disorders associated with them. CO:202 Classify proteins and amino acids based on various parameters. Compare and contrast between different levels of protein organization and correlate the protein sequencing strategies with its structures.
