2. Detection of human blood group 
3. Study of permanent histological sections of mammalian stomach, pancreas 
4. Study of permanent slides of duodenum, liver, lung, kidney, bone, cartilage 
5. Qualitative tests of functional groups in carbohydrates, proteins and lipids.
6. Paper chromatography of amino acids 
7. Action of salivary amylase under optimum conditions. 
8. Estimation of total protein in given solutions by Lowry’s method. 
9. Enzymatic activity in liver (catalase)
