INTERACTIVE SESSION on “INNOVATION IN RESEARCH”

An interactive session with research scholars of Science faculty on the theme “INNOVATION IN RESEARCH” was organized by the Discipline Zoology for UG and PG students on 27^th February, 2023.

Research scholars from Zoology and Botany discipline shared their research plan proposals in different areas such as toxicology, bioinformatics, embryology & teratology, plant tissue culture and preparation of handmade paper from weed etc. with the students. They also discussed about their experimental methodology and significance of their work. Students got knowledge about the thrust areas of current research, instrumentation available in the institute and outsourcing facilities. The students showed keen interest and curiosity. Overall, session was found to be fruitful in order to develop research aptitude among students.
