Noninvasive methods (Ultrasound, Embryoscopy, MRI, etc.); Invasive methods; Prenatal screening for Down’s syndrome (maternal  serum) & Neural tube defect; Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis; Ethical issues in pre-natal screening & diagnosis.
