Isolation of Genomic DNA from Chicken blood or mouse tissues
Hardy-Weinberg Genetic equilibrium: Study of gene & genotype; frequencies. (PTC Tasters & non tasters)
Mendelian Traits : Straight hair, Curly hair, Widow’s peak, Dimpled Cheeks, Mid digital hair, Hitchhiker's thumb, Clasping of hands, and Hypertrichosis
Phylogeny based on Amino acid sequences
Correlation of amino acid sequence data with nucleotide sequence data (BLAST and FASTA)
Separation and short term culture of lymphocytes
Dermatoglyphics : Recording of print of fingertips and palm. Classify ridges on the Finger tips arch, loop, and whorl. Palm print – area demark as hypothenar, the nar & inter digital read. Record presence or absence of Simian crease.
