CO54: Appraise hands-on experience of various molecular biology techniques including gel electrophoresis and chromatography and would learn about their applications in the research field. CO55: Appraise hands-on practice of various microscopic techniques, occulometery, centrifugation and UV - visible spectroscopy. CO56: Differentiate and evaluate various qualitative and quantitative biochemical techniques to differentiate between different biomolecules based on their physical and chemical properties.
