CO:19 Apply the quadrat method to determine population density in a community     and     calculate                 the Shannon-Weiner diversity index CO:20                 Analyze      an                 aquatic ecosystem,                         measuring                    key parameters                         like                         temperature, turbidity, pH, and dissolved oxygen, as well as chemical oxygen demand and free CO2.

CO:21 Conduct soil analysis to measure organic matter, bulk density, water holding capacity, and moisture content.Determine leaf area index and dust holding capacity, showing understanding of plant physiology and ecological roles in air quality

2. Study of an aquatic ecosystem: Phytoplankton and zooplankton, Measurement of area, temperature, 
turbidity/penetration of light, determination of pH, and Dissolved Oxygen content (Winkler‘s method), Chemical Oxygen Demand and free CO2
