CELL BIOLOGY

Practical

CO:91 Learn to prepare and observe onion root tip squash slides to identify mitotic stages.

CO:92 Study meiosis stages to understand gamete formation.                                Prepare permanent slides to visualize Barr bodies in human female cells.

CO:93 Gain skills in fixation and staining techniques using various fixatives and stains.

CO:94 Understand double and single staining methods for cellular visualization.

CO:95 Demonstrate skills and record the concepts in the form of practical file and reflect on personal learning experiences                                    and

experimental outcomes during viva voce.
