4.Instruments used in limnology (Secchi disc, Van Dorn Bottle, Conductivity meter, Turbidity meter, PONAR grab sampler) and their significance.

5. A Project Report on a visit to a Sewage treatment plant/Marine bio reserve/ Fisheries Institutes.
