Objective: 

Course objectives:

This course will enable the students to –

  1. Awareness about economically important insects.
  2. Descriptive the morphology of insect pests and the nature of the damage done by an insect pest.
  3. Knowledge in relation to the methods of control of various insect pests.
  4. Study regarding vectors arthropods of Human diseases.
  5. Descriptive study of Pisciculture, dairy farming, Poultry Keeping, Leather industry and Wool industry
  6. To enlighten them about use of Pharmaceuticals from animals
