Course Objectives:
This course will enable the students to –
1. Analyze and explore ABO blood group determination for clinical applications.
2. Proficiently count red and white blood cells, interpreting results accurately.
3. Accurately measure hemoglobin levels using Sahli's haemoglobinometer for anemia diagnosis.

3. Estimation of haemoglobin using Sahli‘s haemoglobinometer 
4. Determination of bleeding and clotting time. 
5. Determination of hematocrit value of blood 
6. Recording of blood pressure using a sphygmomanometer 
7. Examination of sections of mammalian oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, ileum, 
liver, trachea, lung, kidney
