3. Restriction digestion of plasmid DNA.
4. Principle and working of equipment used in laboratory (Laminar Air Flow, Autoclave, Incubator, Electrophoresis chamber)
5. To study following techniques through photographs a. Southern Blotting b. Northern Blotting c. Western Blotting d. DNA Sequencing (Sanger's Method)
6. Project report on animal cell culture
