CO56: Describe the importance of Ouchterlony double diffusion in qualitative determination of antigens

CO57: Analyze the importance of agglutination reaction in blood groups determination and prepare blood smear to analyse different blood cells CO58: Differentiate between histology of primary and secondary lymphoid organs

2. Histological study of spleen, thymus and lymph nodes through slides/ photographs 
3. Preparation of stained blood film to study various types of blood cells.
4. Ouchterlony’s double immuno-diffusion method. 
5. ABO blood group determination. 
6. Demonstration of ELISA
