CO155: Develop an understanding of histopathology, histochemistry and biochemistry of various tissues after radiation treatment.

CO156:Analyze the effects of radiation on histopathology mechanism

CO157: Analyze the effects of radiation on histochemistry  mechanism and biochemistry of various tissues.

CO158: Design and Calculate LD50/30

● Histopathological, Histochemical & Biochemical studies of various tissues after external & internal radiation
● A visit to Radiology Deptt. SMS Medical College,Jaipur
● Calculation of LD50/30 in mice after exposure to different radiation doses.
● Histopathological studies of various organs after radiation treatment- liver,kidney,spleen,intestine and testis.
 
 
Biochemical estimation of:
● DNA
● RNA
● Glucose
● LPO
● GSH
● Study of various cell types by blood smear preparation
