Objective: 
This course will enable the students to -
1. Appraise the natural behaviour patterns, how the behaviour varies among individuals and species (wild, domestic, and captive), how current and past environments and ecology influence not only behaviour, but also the underlying gene environment interactions that shape it. 
2. Develop an understanding of various culture industries for economic benefits

Ethology & Applied Zoology

Students will :

 CO125:  Analyse and demonstrate a wide range of theoretical and practical techniques used to study animal behaviour and correlate between Mammalian Nervous system

CO126: Develop skills, concepts and experience to understand all aspects of animal behaviour.

CO127: Develop understanding to objectively evaluate the role of behaviour in the protection and conservation of animals in the wild.

CO 128: Describe various types of communication used among animal, Migration and Orientation in birds and fishes and even in small invertebrates too.

CO129: Differentiate and evaluate behaviour of all animals, including humans, in the complex ecological world, including the urban environment

CO130: Describe elementary Knowledge of Sericulture,  Apiculture,  Lac culture,  Pisciculture, Poultry Keeping and Dairy farming
