Professor Ashok Kumar of Center for Advanced Studies, Department of Zoology,University of Rajasthan delivered a lecture on “Concepts of Immunology” on 27^th September’07.

The lecture covered all the aspects of immunology starting from non-specific and specific immune system to humoral and cell mediated immunity. He even briefed about all the cells of immune system with their maturation types, location and structural details.

Secondary Lymphoid organs with the lymphoid system was also discussed and the lecture ended with a note that “Keep exercising to remain healthy” as it would activate muscles activity which would cause circulation of the lymphatic system.
