Objective: 

Ethology- To be given as Project

  • Tribolium food preference and social behavior in ants
  • General behaviour of experimental mice using maze
  • General behaviour of commonly found animals (Locust, Passer, Koel, Pigeon, Humming bird, Peacock, Weaver bird, Squirrel, Dog, Deer, Monkey)

 

 

Evolution- To be given as Project

  • Adaptive modification in feet and beak in birds
  • Analogy and Homology
  • Serial homology

Ecology:             

  • Water analysis (Acidity, Alkalinity, dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide)
  • Soil analysis pH ,water holding capacity and Bulk density
  • Study of different types of soil texture

Biostatistics:

  • Construction of frequency tables ,histograms, polygon, pie-charts
  • Exercises on mean, mode, median
